The neighbourhood perimeter is situated on the outskirts of the urban core, positioned between the transportation hub and the mosque.
The neighbourhood design integrates green and blue networks as fundamental components of the overall neighbourhood layout and as part of the Zangilan “Park City” vision. A public park connects the mosque and the transportation hub on the north-west side, defined by the strong edge of the row houses.
Common areas are placed within the perimeter to allow easy access and promote a strong sense of community. The design prioritizes car-free areas and pedestrian pathways. Private gardens are oriented toward the shared spaces.
