The competition, which was announced internationally by ETH Zurich, was intended to create the basis for a sustainable Science City on the ETH campus as an international university location and lively urban district. Taking into account social, economic and ecological concerns, sa_partners developed a vision consisting of five design principles for a future-oriented campus development. The contribution of sa_partners was awarded 1st prize (ex-aequo) and a follow-up commission.
