The issue of high-rise buildings has taken on a new relevance in the context of inner development. The canton of Aargau has a long tradition in the development and construction of high-rise buildings. On behalf of the canton of Aargau, sa_partners developed a guideline for a quality approach to future high-rise and taller buildings. The focus of the work was to raise awareness of the diversity and complexity of the topic and to provide a pragmatic working aid for municipalities in the planning and implementation of high-rise projects.
