Its architectural character is formal and large-scale, yet maintains a lighter, more playful feel through the use of larger openings and varying rhythms in the facade. The design also preserves the Zangilan identity with a clean, modern style suited for a semi-desert climate. The top of the building is crowned with a green sky garden, adorned with lush trees, adding a refreshing touch to the structure.
