As the winner of a two-stage, international tender, sa_partners was commissioned by the State of Azerbaijan to develop a visionary master plan for two cities on the Silk Road in the South Caucasus.
The core of the assignment is the repositioning and formulation of a vision, the elaboration of an urban master plan and the development of key buildings for both cities.
sa_p will be working closely with international partners on architecture, infrastructure and communication. In addition, a renowned local partner will be supporting the project team.
