New Engagement in the South Caucasus

We are proud to announce that we have been awarded a significant new project in the South Caucasus following a highly competitive international tender. Our team will be leading the development of a year-round tourist resort in the mountainous region of Georgia.

This exciting assignment encompasses the creation of an integrated tourism, urban planning, and architectural concept for the expansion and renewal of an existing destination. The vision includes transforming the area into a premier ski destination, adding 6,000 new beds, world-class spa facilities, and a range of complementary tourism infrastructure to enhance the all-season appeal.
