sa_partners’ Affordable Housing Neighbourhood in Azerbaijan inaugurated by the President of Azerbaijan

Comprising more than 2 hectares, the development includes 12 buildings and 104 apartments, and introduces new housing typologies for an affordable and inclusive neighbourhood design. Officially inaugurated by the President of Azerbaijan and handed over to its future residents, the project marks a significant milestone in the country’s housing development.

With a careful contextual approach, the neighbourhood integrates a school, sports areas, and a generous park that support everyday life and foster a strong sense of community. The project combines contemporary living standards with sustainable design concepts, creating a resilient and liveable environment for its new inhabitants.
