Envisioned as the first residential neighbourhood in Zangilan to offer affordable housing, this project includes the design of 12 buildings and 104 apartments. It introduces row-houses as a new housing typology, and a careful contextual integration. The residential neighbourhood is situated in the central district of the city, bordering the public business zone and the school. Its proximity to a canal gives it park-like qualities, which are enhan- ced by nature-inspired landscaping.
The concept is a composition of various building types, creating a vibrant and diverse neighbourhood. This is reinforced through the combination of private gardens and public spaces with pedestrian friendly pathways.
The project has been finalized and officially inaugurated by the local government, marking a significant milestone in the country’s housing development.
