The Secteur Sébeillon site in Lausanne was classified as a transformation area, which is to be developed from a former railway site into a diverse, dense and mixed area with high-quality residential and commercial use. sa_partners was commissioned with the urban development study for its development. As part of the study and to explore the development potential, sa_partners developed an urban vision for the area, which focuses on the central location of the site as well as the high-quality development of residential and commercial use, the design of lively public open spaces and the permeability of the area.
