As part of the federal government's model project, which promotes new and innovative approaches to sustainable spatial development, sa_partners is developing a " Pilot scheme for a common regional development strategy ". In addition to the elaboration of the integral development strategy, the development of a network-based organisational model for the long-term implementation of the strategy is of great importance within the framework of the model project. This new model is intended to strengthen cooperation in decentralised regions and activate the endogenous development potential for prosperous regional development. For this purpose, the holocracy approach, which relies on network-like instead of hierarchical structures, is to be tested for the first time in regional development.
